Your first class should feel welcoming, not intimidating. Here's exactly what happens when you walk through our doors.
How to Prepare & What to Bring
There's no special equipment needed to get started. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely—whatever makes you feel confident. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel if you'd like. That's it. No need to overthink it.
Pro tip: Arrive 10 minutes early so you can settle in, meet our team, and get comfortable with the space.
When You Arrive
You'll be greeted warmly by our team. We'll show you where to store your things and help you get oriented with the studio. If it's your first time, we'll introduce you to your instructor and let them know—so they can offer extra support and modifications if needed.
Everyone here was new once. You belong here, and we're excited to have you.
Class Structure & Atmosphere
Most classes start with a brief warm-up, move into the main workout (strength training, fitness instruction, or group sessions), and finish with a cool-down or stretch. Classes typically run 45-60 minutes, depending on the program.
The atmosphere is supportive and energetic. You'll hear encouragement from instructors and fellow members—because we celebrate every effort, every rep, and every step forward. There's no judgment here, only community.
